Aquasun Bulbs...

I placed an order for aquasun bulbs and they were due to be schueduled for delivery on this past monday,06-09-08.
The package gut damaged by ups so it was never delieverd.
I called and informed the customer service department and they were more than helpful and informed me about the bulbs and that they would be send out sometime this week with the actinic bulbs on this friday.

Today i recieved an email saying the bulbs i placed were on backorder again...

Is this correct and if so why did the rep i spoke with inform me about the vho bulbs, as i need the bulbs ASAP for my corals!
