Aquaticlife fixtures

Has anyone had any dealings with Aquaticlife, LLC? I bought a t5 fixture about a month ago at a local marine store and the daylight lights no longer work. Thinking its the ballast. I will be calling them tomorrow and was hoping for good customer service.
 
I have the 24Inch lite from them only had it about 3-4 months and one of the Led Moonlights stopped working. Havn't contacted them yet.
 
I have read many threads on the customer service of aquaticlife and everyone says it is great. I am thinking about using one of their fixture on my next reef.
 
Contacted Aquaticlife Yesterday after i posted here, they are sending me out 2 new LED Replacements for my lite. Very nice and great customer service, took all of about 5 mins on the phone with them. All they had to do was bring up my account online from when i purchased the lite, they had all my shipping info already so all they need to do was verify my purchase. I would buy from them again for sure, the lite has been great im guessing this is just a bad LED so no biggie.
 
TheKingy - I spoke with them too and they are sending me out a new ballast. Hopefully that is the problem. They seemed great, positive review from me on customer service.
