Are my clowns getting ready to breed?

The Reefer From Downunder
I'm wondering whether my occ clowns are getting ready to spawn as their behavior has changed in the last week with the pair staying around this one rock that is protected from the flow by a rock above them. The female is about 2 years old now and the male is about 1 3/4 years old. The male is still pretty small at just over a inch, the female is about 2 inches. I have just moved tanks a week ago. The pair are staying around this rock and they seem to be cleaning it by fanning the rock with their tails and removing macro algae from the rock.
So do you think they are getting ready to breed or are they doing something else?

Could be pre-spawning behavior. However, I have heard reports of clowns doing this for months or even years without actually doing the deed.

Yeah, maybe. My male clown cleans his rock fastidiously for a few days before the female lays the eggs. Fanning generally occurs after the eggs are deposited.
