are my clowns ready to spawn?

these two have been acting funny. feeding time the have been hesitant to leave the anemones if not at all.i have looked for eggs but not have seen any. they have been eating but not much.
the female stays right underneath that anemone all day long. they usually hang in them but not like this.

Hard to say, you cant really tell from the video. I know with my clowns they will be pigs all the time, they will even stop laying eggs to eat, then after eating they will go back and lay eggs again.

How long have you had them?
 
I would guess that they are cleaning the rock for laying. They would perceive that as a protected area especially if you have other fish in the tank.
