Are these snail eggs in my tank? *pic*

I found this earlier today near the surface of the water on the front glass. It looks like one of the snails left it. It has a squiggly pattern like the snails usually make when they go through eating the algae on the glass.
Could this be snail eggs? Are they okay to keep them there, or should we scrape them out?

Strombus grazers leave little round plates with eggs. Ceriths do that wavy pattern. Grazer eggs are more apt to survive, alas.

I guess I have grazer snail eggs too! They are little white spots all over the back wall and glass. When I look really close at them, it seems like a white spot with a circle around it.

How long do you think it will be before I can have baby snails?

Having the eggs actually mature to adulthood is going to depend heavily on the type of snail. Many snails babies go through a planktonic stage at which time they are food for corals small inverts and your skimmer The chance of survival for these guys is slim to none. The cerith eggs are this type. The other ones with the tiny white spots with the circle around it may or may not make it. Nassarius snails lay this type of egg and have a long planktonic stage so they probably wont make it, but other columbelids also lay this type of egg. For example strombus grazers sold at IPSF and they mature in the egg sac and come out as crawl away juveniles these guys breed quite successfully in our aquariums.
