I know this is the Marine Depot forum, but since I ordered from Marine Depot Live, I figured i'd post here anyways.
I ordered 11 lbs fiji from you guys yesterday morning. It came today, but was nearly dry and there wasn't any paper or wrapping on it. It looked like it had been hurriedly thrown in the box and shipped out.
You can read my original post/complaint in the vendor experiences as well as another problem I had w/ heatpacks and pics are posted there.

My quetsion to you guys is this:
Are you live rock shipments always shipped without wet/damp paper? I had this overnighted to ensure the most critters/life on it. It came almost dry and cool/cold. I ordered the same amount of rock from another vendor last week, chose ground shipping, it arrived in 2 days and the rocks were very moist/wet. Thats because the rocks were covered in soaking wet paper.
Just like to see what you guys have to say about this.
If you have time, please check out my other thread so I don't have to post it twice (here as well).
Thanks
Stewie
