DO NOT -
Attempt installation
Unwrap the PCB's from the ESD bags
DO -
Email us for a support line telephone number
Follow our instructions on how to proceed.
If your shipment arrives with shipping damage and you then attempt installation and it does not work, you are not covered. So it is important you follow the above.
The shipments have been sent in accordance with UPS packing guidelines so we see no reason for any issue and we post this purely in case of your shipment falling foul of UPS soccer.
