I agree, especially with that volume of water. Assuming the LR was cured, you can jump right in (if not, I'd consider giving it a few good scrub/dunk/swishes and proceed anywy). If you see any ammonia, do a 50% water change. If it's high, do more. I've thrown fish into QT without an established bio-filter more than once, you just have to be plan to do daily water changes while the bacteria populations catch up. With small water volumes, it's not too bad.
