ASM skimmers...

Came across this in Vendor Experiences and found it interesting...

I wonder if ASM will come to really regret this. I bought the ASM G3 because it got good reviews AND it was cheap at asmskimmer.com. Because of those two factors I didn't really even consider anything else... If not for that price I would have shopped around and looked at other skimmers.

I am 95% sure IM going with a reef octopus recirc 110, for only 199 bucks its worth a shot

the remaining 5% would be if I find a used euroreef es5-2 or 5-3...the 5-2 was the skimmer I had on my first tank and thought it was outstanding

I wonder why the company would do the low advert pricing to level the playing field....if they sell 1000 units they sell 1000 units...doesnt matter if one store sells a thousand or if a thousand stores each sell one

hmm...oh well, thats why my degree is in biology and not economics
