I have a RBTA I have had for about 3 weeks. When I first got it it had the full bubble tips but now has straight tentacles. I understand that's normal and I was not concerned It was eating silver sides and had stayed more or less in the area towards the top of the tank in the rock where I had put it getting direct light (Reef Radiance LED's). My tank is a year old and all corals and fish are thriving.
It's been moving around recently and has moved to the top corner of the tank on the glass for the last 2-3 days where it's getting almost no light. My lights don't cover the entire tank and it's almost coming out of the water.
I've done my research and I know its not encouraged to move it but it will certainly die in this spot over time; do I give it a few more days or try encouraging it to move? It's pretty far from any location where it would get enough light now at this point.
Thanks!
