All t5S are running on 80% right now and LEDs on 50%. I am using aqua blue preset program for LEDs while my t5S are on and than turns to deep royal blue during night with moon light effect
Light is hung up 10" from the water line as my tank is semi shallow only 18" . Will move it down as soon as my corals get light acclimate

I know this isn't the exact thread for this but you all have ati fixtures so id like to ask you a question.

I have the 6bulb sunpower fixture and I'd like to know of you are supposed to keep the acrylic bulb cover in place at all times? Wth this on I'm sure the area around the bulbs gets really hot and the fans blow air in and the only place it can get out is the gap between the fixture and the acrylic on one side where you slide it in.

Other than obviously avoiding the splashing of saltwater hitting the bulbs , I think the design is to have the air drawn in from the fan, and run the length of the bulbs , cooling the entire bulb and exiting the fixture on one end. With the acrylic cover off I would think the fans would be pretty useless , as the air would just blow straight down.

Joined the club for my new build. Absolutely love the night. Now I believe I have the best light possible. I especially like the fact that you can simulate the spectrum of ATI tubes which is not available in other LED only fixtures. This really helps with something I am already familiar with. New build is still 3 months away so can't wait.

The fixture does hold the time for a few hours when the power is out. After a few hours it resets to 8AM.

I got the light with the latest LED clusters. Any one knows whether the Hybrid has the same LED as the Sirius LED? Is it going to be upgradable? I think I read the ATI LED optics are quite different from AI and Radion. Can someone elaborate on this?

The first generation with the older style LEDs will not be upgradable in the future when they come out with new LEDs. The newer fixture will be upgradable.

Hi, new to the forum. Just got my 4 bulb 4 LED powermodule. The tank just finished cycling. Can anyone help with LED recommended settings for LPS/SPS corals? I am currently running the factory settings. I have nothing in the tank now so its a good time to experiment. Thanks in advance!

Looking at this T5 fixture, ATI 48" 4x54W Dimmable SunPower T5 High-Output Fixture w/ Controller

What would be a good combo for bulbs, not looking for a white look but also not looking for too much of a blue look. Thinking about switching from LEDs to T5's on my 120g.

All ATI bulbs this will give you a 14k-16k look .
2x blue plus
1x coral plus
1x purple plus

for those of you with the 48 over a 120, where are you placing the light? How is the spread. I envision my aquascape with a gap in the rear and expanding out forward with at least a 6" gap to the front pane. I want the depth looking in. So would I place the light 6" back from the front pane? The fixture is 12" wide right, so 6", then 12" leaves me a 6" gap in the back. I plan on having about 2-3 inches between the rear of the aquascape and the back pane, will it cover that spread or will I need the fixture back more?

Trying to plan the dimensions of a canopy to block light entering the room. I'll have it flip open from the front but need to know how much open space I need on the top and where to put is relationship wise front to back.

I am considering getting one these units i have a standard 90 gallon tank with black brace in the middle just wondering if you lose a lot of led light in the middle of a 4 bulb 48" fixture with the 3 clusters of leds with the 1 cluster being in the middle of the fixture

I have mine over the same tank as you described and you don't even notice that brace is there.

so tempted to switch out my ecotech radion gen3 pro for an ati T-5/led powermodule

I chose the powermodule over the radions. Just a little more expensive but I now have 3 clusters of led over a 48" tank plus the t5's. Much better even coverage. Also with Ati you can use one of the preset tube colors which helps if you're already familiar with t5 tubes. It really is the best of both worlds.

48" x 48" x 24" 120g Powermodule owners. Any pictures of your tank with the 4 bulb hybrid module?

I'm at the same point as a few posters above trying to figure out if a mainly SPS tank of that size will do well with the 4 bulb. I dont wan't the lighting to span the whole tank (for aesthetic reasons), so I would prefer not to go with the 8 bulb model if I don't have too.

Hi all,
I was curious if the 36" fixture with 2 75w LED clusters and 4 39w T5 bulbs will produce shimmer when all bulbs are running?

Thanks!
