ATI Powermodule with Reef Brites

Just the thread I was looking for!

I picked up a 48" 50/50 XHO at a great price. I plan on using it with a 6 bulb unit. What should I use for the other side a Blue XHO or Tech? The tank is 5'x2' and 145 gallons.

Thanks,

i've been thinking about this as well...except i was planning on retrofitting into the PM fixture in place of two of the T5 bulbs...my logic was that you get the most light penetration if it's perpendicular to the water surface and looks cleaner. But, it looks like you guys are getting good results angled in from the front and back which would be a lot less work...still debating!

I added a Reefbrite more to add "pop" to my corals than anything else. The T5s are there for their photosynthesis needs.
