I think Dan will do will take fish and split the sale price as long as they are healthy. I'm sorry to hear that we are losing another brick and mortar lfs, but I guess this isn't the only lfs that tried to cut Dan's throat on prices and failed add them to the list. As far as everybody that likes to bash Dan are you still going to goto wow and get your water tested weekly for free?? Or are you going to still ask Dan for advice? Or are you gonna take all these issues to your online shopping cart for answers..... So everybody that is trashing Dan about this and that realize that he has a sick wife at home that is his first priority and the store comes 2nd but if there is an emergency he has always been there to help he has helped me late hours of the day and there were plenty he helped after the tornado a few years back. So eat your words and respect Dan for all he has done to help all of us.

Personally, I don't care either way, can we leave it out of here. The last thread got shut down cause of a ****ing contest over Dan. If you like him, fine, if someone else doesn't, that is their choice. Can we leave all this out of the threads, PLEASE. I really don't feel like having another thread locked. Funny, you tell people not to bash Dan, yet you bash Keith. If anyone wants to discuss this further, please take it to our forum so this thread doesn't get shut down. Thanks for your cooperation. I'm gonna quit venting but the post that locked the other thread was somebody taking up for Dan. I was not bashing Keith since I never went there, i just Know Dan has given me good advice for the last ten years and I will defend all the way

Sorry didn't mean to stir up a dispute by asking about Keith's reason for closing.

I'm new to the area and don't know any history on these stores. Coming from the Virginia area the prices I have seen in WOW are pretty good compared to what I have seen in bigger cities. I have not had a chance to go to Owensboro yet.

If it's a good store shouldn't we support it as much as possible? If it won't be around to long either. Just my 2 cents.

i dont bash any stores i just stand up for what i believe in as for keiths closing thats horrible i to am a small business owner and i hope i never have to close....congrats on the move to a great town with great people

the owensboro store has been sold to, one of the guys who used to own 1fish2fish. i heard they were super busy today.

Creative was sold to the guy that used to run one fish two fish....

stopped by after work and learned that Keith had sold it to him. The store was PACKED. Very nice sale going on too... all fish and coral buy one get one half off.

One Fish Two Fish was a fish store in Owensboro that shut down a few years ago. The owner of that store purchased Creative Aquatics from Keith... so yes, its under new ownership, but the name changed.
