I really liked that I was able to upload numerous pictures at once.

I also tested it for both Jpeg's and Gif's

I'm getting an error when I try to upload. At first I though I went over the file size so I went to a single pic upload that was 1.04 meg and it still didn't let me. Maybe on your end you can see what triggered the error message.

It may have something to do with the transfer of names. I made some adjustments to the database.

I just uploaded a 280k file with no problems.

Please try again - tell me what happens.

OK, the same pic if I take it from my photobucket, comes out ok. But from my computer it leaves it HUGE!!!

Another thing I found is there are the error pics in my album showing, and when I use the drop down menu under the pic (using both the edit and the delete) it takes me to a blank page and doesn't do the task.

I had the same problem trying to DELETE your items. I'll try it as the Admin...

I think you also have options for sizing - check your settings.
