Here's an updated pic....

I've been adding 5ml randys alk every other day, and it's been keeping my alk around 8-9. Calcium is about 400, and mag around 1300. I've been slowly bringing them up just a little.

But........the colt still seems the same, or getting smaller, montipora-nothing or still going downhill, nepthea-same thing, blue cloves, same thing. :(

Should I have noticed a change with them in 3 weeks?

The trumpets do seem somewhat better, but from the pics, what do you guys think of everything?

There's a member on here who is gonna send me some awesome live rock rubble to put in, and I'm hoping that does something

Any other ideas, thoughts, or suggestions?

Is the front center rock waving hand anthelia.. or similar..
If so I feel sorry for you.. That crap is a damn weed and will overtake the tank..

Stuff looks just fine.. (haven't been following your thread though..)
All those corals are super simple to take care of.. and should do just fine even in sub par water conditions..

Maybe the colt coral you're seeing? Had it for maybe 2 years, just keeps getting smaller, with most other stuff:(

Hmm, when I acclimate trumpet corals, I use a two or three layers of this:

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_n...-crafts&field-keywords=clear+needlepoint+mesh

cut just to shade the coral in mind and take one off every couple of days. Usually a 2"x3" rectangle. Its available at any walmart, fabric store, etc. Perhaps the trumpet is still getting too much light. Instead of turning down all of the lights, we can try using a couple layers of the mesh and re-acclimating it? Can't hurt.

Is the trumpet extending feeders at night or when you feed the tank?

You didn't list Nitrate or Phos in your parameters, do you have them?

Looking at the picture, everything looks fine to me. I do remember we were discussing Kalk but the real benefit comes with an ATO.

I did post all parameters on the other thread, but if I remember correctly phosphate was 0, and nitrates 20 I believe. What do you think of the stuff not showing improvement or getting worse?

Also, thanks to a generous member here, I'm getting a great deal on some awesome live rock/rubble. I'm hoping that may make a difference. Just so frustrated after all these years of spending lots of money and time, this may be my last attempt to grow corals. Stable parameters, good live rock, and see what happens. Hopefully I've got the stable parameters now. Just so frustrating that I can keep fish and inverts without any problem, but my corals just stay the same as the day I got them, or slowly fade away. Idk, just venting.........

3 weeks really isn't a very long time to see some growth on corals that have been suffering for years. Just try to keep your parameters stable and keep an eye on things for a few more weeks.

Will do. I should also be getting the live rock pcs next week, and I hope it does some good as well................

I'm also still doing about 25% WC weekly with Red Sea Coral Pro salt, should I continue, or do less water changes?
