August 2nd Meeting... Please RSVP

Hello everyone,
Were hosting the next meeting at our new place in Santa Rosa. It's August 2nd and will be a pool party/BBQ. Chad and I will be cooking tritip and other BBQ items. We will provide everything needed, including beer and softdrinks. As like the previous meeting $10 per adult $5 per child.
Please RSVP no later than wed. the 31st as we need to do the shopping. If we don't have at least 10 RSVP's it will only be a meeting.
We will be starting at 12 and eating around 1

Hi Taylor -

Sadly, based on my college buddy's summer schedule, it turns out that the weekend of the meeting is the only weekend available for me to fly out to Denver for our annual "3 days of nothing but disc golf" get together... and thus I will not be able to make the meeting (which Liz and I were really looking forward to before I had to change my plans to accommodate the schedule on his end!).

Thanks for hosting for the rest of the members though - I'm already looking forward to seeing folks at the following meeting!

Hey everyone,

I thought I was going to be able to make this meeting, but it looks like I'll be away in Santa Barbara now. I know I've only made one meeting in the last 3 months, but I really do want to be an active member of the club. I got engaged two weeks ago, and we're going down to look at the place we might be getting married at. Really looking forward to when I can actually see everyone again.

Your more than welcome to bring chicken, but we will also be barbacueing chicken. I believe the sides will be corn and green salad or potato salad and garlic bread. We will also have snack food.
