Out of curiousity is there a set time for the raffle? Seeing as you need to be present to win and it is an all day event.

Hmmm...as of right now no but, good point! We do have a meeting tonight though so I will bring this up to the rest of the Board and I will get back to everyone about this tonight or tomorrow morning :)

Unfortunately no. Payments have been distributed to the vendor for the coral already. You can still attend the event for trade with other reefers, to visit the vendors that are coming and to participate in the raffle however :)
 
To answer Captc07's question from earlier, we have decided to start the raffle at 3:00pm.

There will be a few more items...I'm waiting for word tomorrow before I let the cat out of the bag on the full details though :bounce1:

The raffle will be open to everyone attending the event, the top prize being the Tunze pump that will be raffled last. All tickets will be placed back in after the other prizes have been won before the ticket is called.

This won't be done like a normal CTARS raffle (picking what you want) We will name the prize and call the ticket. If you so chose, you can trade your winnings afterwards :)

Again, you MUST be present to win...
 
Everyone is welcome! Even if you missed the buy-in. Feel free to stop by anytime throughout the day to grab up a coral or two, participate in the CTARS raffle, or just to hang out with other members.

I'll be posting tomorrow with the final details of time, place, parking, food, etc
