Can any one tell me or direct me to who I should contact on how to upload a custom avatar? Thanks, Karl

click on "my rc" at the top
go to the edit options tab within
scroll to the bottom and click on change avatar
the pages that loads will give the options

How do you shrink a picture to the 150 by 150 allowable for RC? You are the computer man! Dan.

I usually start out in Photoshop to crop and edit then resizeand save as a .jpg. Then Open in Paint and resize using the "image" and then "stretch/skew" options. There are some resizing programs online now that are Java based and also ImageShack.us or Photobucket.com will resize then for you if you want when uploading to their server.

I have not used it since it first came out but Pisca is a good free download, might be worth checking out for managing your photos as well. For something to buy, Photoshop Elements really cant be beat for the price.
