In-A-Gadda-Divita!
I ordered a few different all plastic scrapers from Amazon and this one really works very good AND is safe to use on acrylic tanks! It's also firm with the right amount of flex.

Permatex 80190 SafeScraper: $5.17

This one also works well and is perfect for small tanks:

ScrapeRite: $5.99

These may be available at the local hardware stores also; I know the blades are.

Now all you need is scuba gear to get to the bottom of that tank of yours. Or maybe just tape it to a broom stick. :jester:

Eric~ Doing great here, hope all is good with you guys! Busy with work, but most weekends out on the trails. You and your girl will have to ride along one of these weekends, I have room for three. There is a lot of runs going on this winter, I will keep my eye on the north side runs and let you know.

Mark~ I had a midget that was scuba certified cleaning my tank, but he got a higher paying job as a mime, so I'm back to cleaning it myself.

Vincent~ Thank you, appreciate it!

Cool, wish the first item wasn't an add-on through amazon! Guess I'll have to spend $25 on something else first... darn :)

Yeah through amazon they have a $30 minimum purchase needed for this item for some reason. :debi: I think the other $25 can be anything purchased from amazon such as chewing tabacco, kentucky jelly, or whatnot. I really wanted to buy one to check it out so I purchased one from ebay for $7.99 with free shipping.http://www.ebay.com/itm/Permatex-80190-SaferScraper-Plastic-Scraper-/390719272986?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item5af8aef81a&vxp=mtr
