Awesome Frag Fest!!

Wow, was that a great meeting or what?

The space was huge, the tables were full, and participation was fantastic.

The Wave, SEASL's newsletter, made its debut to rave reviews. It will be available online later this weekend.

The Adopt-A-Frag table was a huge success. Thanks to those who donated free frags, and thanks again to Gateway Aquatics for supporting our club!

The raffles had a great response and everyone seemed to enjoy the activities.

We had about 80 attendees and 24 new members join today. It was great meeting new people and catching up with old friends. Thanks to everyone who participated and helped make the frag fest a success!

Wow, that's alot of new members. Yes, was a great meeting and I wasn't even there to buy anything, just selling. :lol: Was going to post that I enjoyed "The Wave", was reading the Velko story as I was driving home. Looking forward to more of those. Very nice job all the way around today...nice space, nice organization, drinks, and good touch having the pizza afterwards.

As a new member I just want to say that I had a great day!!! It was fun meeting everyone and the frag fest was a blast!! Nicely organized and things seemed to go smoothly!

Unfortunatly, I live a bit of a ways away...so I won't be able to make it to all of the meetings, but I really did enjoy meeting everyone and putting faces to names here on RC!

I wasn't able to stay as long as I wished. However, I thought it was a great meeting. KUDO'S to all of the volunteers who did all of the legwork to organize this meeting.

I'm a guardian of a (formerly) troubled teen (he's now getting straight A's and doing volunteer work). Anyhoo, he got some free frags from the free table so THANK YOU WHOEVER DONATED THOSE ITEMS!! He just sits in front of his tank and stares at them. Your donations were clearly appreciated.

Thanks to all involved that was great I look forward to future events I got some realy nice frags they`re all happy in my tank .I cleaned out my . frags and put them on . the to agood home table they were gone fast . I can tell by the particepants there they went to good home . I`m now a member .thanks . And I would be happy to help a new member out any time .

I wish I could have gone. We went to see my nephew pitch. It was 50 degrees, the wind was blowing about 30 MPH and he got pulled after 2 innings.

The only thing I got was a sore throat and a cough.

The entire event went very well in my opinion. Much of that can be attributed to the great space that we had and the tons of frags available.
