awesome rock

Picked up my order yesterday, wow!!!, beautiful rock covered in purple corraline, orange sponges and lots of critters even a couple of baby pistol shrimp. There is no comparison to this and the so called live rock from your LFS. Richard is great to deal with and with freight cost about the same as the half dead stuff.
Highly recommend him, this is my second order and will not be my last.

Correction...........the imported stuff isn't half dead, it's like 96% dead. :lol:

chefmur - which grade rock did you get? how many pieces/lbs? Can you post pics? Thanks for any info

He sells a base rock which comes if you buy "the Package"
or their regular rock, they have no other grades. His regular rock would be considered premium compared to most stuff because of the colors, life etc. This rock is denser than most other rock and is less interesting in shape but much more life. I ordered 30# and recieved 2 large (10-14") pieces , 5 med (8-10") pieces and 4 small 6-8" pieces.I have had it in my tank for about three days and see new life , feather dusters, polyps etc every day. Some of the sponges have died off but still a lot of bright orange sponges left. I will post some pics soon as I get around to taking them.
