What salt do you use? Do you run carbon or gfo? Was this done prior or after water change?

Alk of 4 meq/l is high.
Copper is borderline, use carbon.
Raising your potassium might help colors. Low in the salt mix?

Cool info btw. Thanks for posting.

0.000-0.250mg/l for phosphate?
I thought 0.03 and below was the standard target. Or is that in another unit of measure.

Man i was going to put up a thread asking if i could pay someone to test my water parameters. Never knew there was a service. i might have to check this out.

Second time I have used them. Not cheap but it does give me a piece of mind.

Made me have a feeling of accomplishment that I am doing something right.

I use Instant Ocean.

I run Carbon and GFO

This was done prior to a water change.

How would I raise the potassium?

Potassium Chloride, you can order some at wwwDOTgettankedaquariumsDOTcom. This is where I ordered potassium chloride. Good service and good prices.
