Hello everyone im trying to find out information about Harlequin tusk anywere from 1 1/2in to 2 in". Are they hardy fish this small? Is the diet still the same small shrimp, pellets, hermits, snails, clams? and does anyone know if they have been succesful in a SPS / LPS tank.

I think I saw one at one of the stores off of bird. I always forget the name of the store. Its the blue building. About 2" max.

I know they are pretty aggressive and I don't think they are reef safe. Maybe someone else could chime in if im wrong.

The small ones don't tend to do very well. IMO it's mostly a supply chain issue. As for the species in general, safe for your corals, just not safe for shrimps, crabs and snails.

not currentlylooking for one just asking about peoples experience with them and if they have had sucess with baby ones

My tusk committed suicide the other day. He was a jumper :-( he was 9" long too. I think my shark chased him out!

That's funny I was looking to buy one too. Ocean view on bird has one too but I guess they just got him bc he wasn't eating. Hopefully he's still there and eating on Saturday since they're having their anniversary sale this weekend...
