Back ordered? 20" 1x28W Coralife Aqualight

Question for www.aquacave.com I am currently wanting to order several miscellaneous items but ultimately wanting the 20" 1x28W Coralife Aqualight. It says that it is currently back ordered. Can I go ahead and order that along with the other items that are in stock?? And how long would it take if I order an item that is "back ordered"? Any responses appreciated!
 
forget any communication from them, i ordered a reefkeeper from them and they said it was in stock, after a week of no shipping info, i finally emailed them and they told me it was backordered, when i said cancel my order i did not get another respoce till i emailed them again and it took them a day to re credit my card.

this is the only bad experience ive had with them, on past orders the shipped the same day i ordered, my advice, order it somewhere it says its in stock.

The fixture that you wanted is discontinued by the manufacturer. We do have the Coralife 20" 96W quad in-stock if you need a 20" fixture from Coralife. Please give us a call or contact us directly at info@aquacave.com.

I would like to assure you that we did not mean to mislead you, we are an internet business that follows first come fist serve. When someone in our office told you that it was available, because we had it at the time you called, but our billing department is still processing orders. We try our very best to provide service to our customers and sometimes we do make mistakes. We hope that our mistake in your last order did leave such bad taste that you wouldn't give us a chance to redeem ourselves. We appreciate your comment and we hope to hear from you again.

figure it out by now! your business is obviously failing, just based on your lies and the fact that you dont have more than half of your inventory listed on your site!

its been over a month since i had a nice long talk with you guys reguarding this same exact thing!

seriously i would steer everyone to not buy from this supplier PERIOD! they play the blame game 100% just ask adhi!

1 day huh actually you waited 2 days for my pump then you called me to change my pump then i called you after i got my pump and brought up the refugium which was not ordered till after my pump shipped then you blamed adhi said they were custom order which i already talked to adhi and they stock what i ordered..get your facts straight!.

p.s. you also forgot i talked to you before all of this on the phone and asked specifically about the eheim pump and the refugium both which there was no mention of any delay... then again i wouldnt expect you to let that cat out of the bag either

Your purchase was processed and shipped a month ago and it feels like it was yesterday in the way you explain the issue. Your vulgar words and demeanor to our service and company is really over the top. Would you like us to post the store front order so that you know when you ordered this items?

This needs another bump from one of many unsatisfied customers.

FOLKS - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

All they will do is say "oh, send us your invoice number and we will look into it"

Maybe they should do their job right the first time or look into why they cant do their job right at all.

We know its not about the discount because we have given it to you. What is it about? "lie"? We told you that we do not have any intention or time to lie about an availability. Why would we single out 1, 2, or even 3 orders from the rest of orders we receive to lie about something like availability? It does not make sense to me that your level of frustration is this high. Specially when it's about 1- 2 day late in processing. Whats the rationalization of the intensity/effort your using to promote this negativity? for late delivery? Is there something that we did not offer to have closure on this issue? Please let us know. Thanks

Well I have made several orders with them and never had a problem. They have my business for as long as im in the hobby. Great job Aqua Cave some of the best prices and service on the net. I love your company. But you cant make everybody as happy as I am with you great service.
 
Best prices I've seen online for many products, and a 5% off coupon that reliably works. I have to say, however, that communication could use some improvement, and my order did not ship for 3 days. Have to say, satisfied nonetheless - I can wait a couple of extra days for the savings over other sites. One suggestion that I have for Aquacave: add an in stock/out of stock indicator for your products. That way, if people need something right away, they know upfront that they will be waiting for it.

Just curious NIXER, You placed your order on 4-5-10. You recieved your instock items 3 days later. Then you recieved a Large sump (which is very common for stores to not stock and have shipped dirrect from the manufacturor) 5 days after that. Is this correct? Im just trying to figure out what aquacave did wrong here? It sounds to me like you may have assumed you would recieve your sump imediatly and since it didnt happen as quickly as you wanted it to you got upset. I see no reason here to drag a companies name through the mud cause you had to wait for your sump to ship to you a few days after your other stuff arrived. I hope you have better patience with your tank or it will never be up to your high expectations either.
