Back ordered? 20" 1x28W Coralife Aqualight

Just curious NIXER, You placed your order on 4-5-10. You recieved your instock items 3 days later. Then you recieved a Large sump (which is very common for stores to not stock and have shipped dirrect from the manufacturor) 5 days after that. Is this correct? Im just trying to figure out what aquacave did wrong here? It sounds to me like you may have assumed you would recieve your sump imediatly and since it didnt happen as quickly as you wanted it to you got upset. I see no reason here to drag a companies name through the mud cause you had to wait for your sump to ship to you a few days after your other stuff arrived. I hope you have better patience with your tank or it will never be up to your high expectations either.

they blamed the pump issue on customs.
they said adhi didnt have the refugium, which is a standard stocking item, never said it was drop shipped(they didnt order it from adhi till after they sent the rest of my order)
CS is about as unprofessional as i have ever seen. after arguing with me TWICE and phone calls they finally gave me a tracking number

now had someone told me from the get go there would be a delay that would be a different story, instead they delayed my order, played CS games, and made some pretty shallow attempts to personally attack me(on this forum). just look around dude its always the same thing with aquacave.

they drug their own name through the mud and still continue to do so.

It doesnt matter what you claim they said to you in the mean time.( which i bet you construed to fit what you wanted it to) The shipping times are a very understandable amount of time for items to ship. As far as I am concerned they would have never heard from me in the amount of time it took to ship. I just think you have a personal reason for attacking them personally. this order definatly has no reason in it.

my complaint was not about the shipping time. its purly about the reasons i already listed! this order does have reason for it, but then again you spend your cash where you want. mine will never be with a company that operates like this PERIOD!
