Bags under Maroon Eye?

Any Ideas? She's always had them and it doesn't seem to bother her but the best way I can descibe is that they look like bags under here eyes. Somedays it's almost not visible, others it looks like this

The poor girl needs some sleep. LOL. No, honestly, I have no idea what that is. Why do both of the clowns have white marks on their lips?

are you sure its part of her skin? Otheriwse it kinda looks like a parasitic copepod.

It could best be described as a bit of an underbite. They were tank raised so I'm guessing slightly inbred.

I'm ptetty sure I read on here somewhere that they can have kind of a funky jawline if the parents swam in the same pool so to speak

edit: Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's part of her skin. She's always had it just some days it looks worse than others

Last bump. Sorry guys, I hate bumping my own threads but I'm hoping someone has a clue as to what might be causing this.
