Bali red blood nems

Mike, solitude127 and a few asked before if these guys can co-exist with the rock nems. They have been in my tank for a while yet somehow they don't stay near each other before. Well, My rock nems have been throwing babies left and right and a few of them decide to move next to the Bali nems. I don't think they touch but they are side by side. Here is the proof :-)

Happy new year

Happy new year! I forgot to ask you last week when we were over, but do you feed your flower nems? I have a lot too but they don't reproduce that much!

Hi Jamie,

Yes, but only if they make it to the pepper seed size, quarter inch in diameter or bigger. I target feed the small size pellet to the ones I can reach. You can tell they grow a lot faster than the ones that don't get fed.

Looks awesome.

If your looking to rehome any rock nems, I'd be interested.

Also if you ever frag your green star sparkle zoas.

Thanks Cody. By the green star sparkle zoas, you meant the ones on the right side of the orange rock nem? They call them frozen apple on FB. Might be another name game :-)

Yeah they look like what we used to call Green Star Sparkles but they could be a little different. If you ever frag let me know.

Like those Bali red nems. I need to get one from you when you have of available.

Nice. I finally counted all my flower nems this weekend that are in my nano and I have over 20 of them. I try to feed them at least once a week. I usually feed Nutramar Ova. I have a few reproduce.
Thanks keepLearning for keeping me in mind. I'll have to pick up one of the bali nems one day.

Mike, who has nutramar ova?

How are the babies compared to the parent? Show us some pictures please. The best one I got in my tank is 1 of the parents. I am hoping 1 of the 30-40 babies will look like it.

Here's a crappy pic. I don't really know which one is the parent. Lol..
