i need to know if ther will be a buy in for the swap.and if someone is bringing frags how many frags each person needs to bring.

Well what I meant by "hashing things out" was that ideas were rolling in for a couple specific things (eg. how much for no-frags), the overall format is more or less fixed, and I just didn't think it would be proper to talk about stuff before an offical announcement is made.

Yes it will be on the second saturday of February, the 10th. FYI you will NOT be able to sign up the day of the swap.

ive never been to a frag swap, are u allowed to just purchase stuff from people, or do u have to have frags to trade. u also have to sign up ahead of time, is that if u have frags, or for anyone that comes there.

The swaps are set up where everybody brings corals to put on the tables.

The participants are organized into groups, and the groups take turns picking corals until they are all gone.

So it's kind of like a pot luck for corals, for encouraging hobbyists to propagate and share within the community.

Well if you're going to register for the club I suggest doing it ASAP, nothing would suck worse than waiting until the last minute, finding out you don't have an approriate paypal account, or an email gets lost, or something happens which can not be resolved in time due to people preparing for the swap.
