Bartletts Anthias

Im looking to put a herum of these into my tank in the next month or so and was wondering what the best size of the herium should be.

I have a 225g tank which currently has:

2 Ocellaris clowns
2 green chromis
1 desjardini sailfin (about 2.5'' or so)
1 yellow watchman

Im thinking about putting in 1 male and 2 female Bartletts, would that be the best way to go when I add these?

Thanks for any advice

I've heard you can go 1 male per 4-5 females, but I have no personal experience with them. Might be better to add more females.

That article states one male with 8 females. Now I have to assume that most people do not have that many in their tank as even in my 225g tank I couldnt really have any other fish.

So are there any other opinions out there on this?

1 male and UP TO 8 FEMALES, IMO
1 male and 2 females would work.
Personally, I'd go with at least 3 (just in case down the road you lose 1)

This is what the article says, which is crazy
keep a single male with eight or more females

I didnt want to add 4 fish at once, but I really would like the barletts and have no problem with 1 male/3 females if thats what is best. I am going to talk with my local store and see what he thinks as well but it sounds like 3-1 is probably the way to go.

When introducing them to the tank, do you just introduce them all at once and they will coexist / form a herium? Or is there anything special you need to do for them?
