Well it is time for an update with pics, it has been a slow long process, but with some help, I have the walls primed and ready for paint.

And then the story continues on.

Thanks Howard, I am not 100% sure that I will be there tomorrow or not, but I am going to try to be.

Yup Dennis, No tank update, with the way things are going it may be until 07 for the tank to be up full stride.

Looks good!

Have fun with that ceiling.. It's not bad, but they make it look a lot easier on that video. That and I went around my ducks and everything with the drop ceiling. Now that was not fun. Still have to do the rest of the ceiling only did my boys bedroom that was only a 1/4 of it.

I honestly think your going to have your basement finished and tank set up before Dave get's water in his:D
Looks good Mark.

Basement looks great, Mark!!!!

It is amazing what gutting and redoing the basement can do for a room. Looking forward to the final stages of finishing now.

Chris, I think my project is about one year from completion if things keep going smoothly:D

Thanks Chris, I did not do all this by my self, I framed the room and hung the drywall, but had someone run the Electric and had major help with Taping and mudding. I would do some things different but what is done is done.

I would like to get this done, but the floor is going to be an expense. Plus getting married in August has really changed the budget. So I will probably water in the tank, but not as done as I want this year.

Looking good Mark! You missed a whole section in your work though? I would just put one of those aquarium things in the hole.

Great things are worth waiting for "The Nook Plan"

Looks good Mark '07 is right around the corner can't wait to see another SPS tank on the IL side again. Worth the wait man. Tanks get better and better the more they are planned especially considering this is not your 1st tank. :D

I've been trying to finish my basement for the last couple of years so I can't give Dave a hard time. Are you going with carpet or somthing else?

I am going with Tile on the floor, I have been thinking about putting a heated floor in, just trying to price it out.

excuse the ignorance, but what would be the benefit of having a heated floor?

Warm floor in the winter time. A thought anyway. Erica would like that.

Looking great Mark! Let me know when you want to cut that side wall out so that you can look down the length of the tank. I'm good a cutting holes in walls :)

Are you concerned about ventilation in the enclosed section at all?

No hole cutting needed. Just front view only.

Not really to concerned about ventilation, but there will be a few things done.
