Battery backup not working

The bb is fully charged as it has been plugged in for a few days. When the power goes out, the vortech has the green light on but doesnt spin. I also tried my other vortech and it does the same. I suspect a faulty battery. Any ideas? The battery is less than a year old and has been used maybe 2-3 times max for a few min.

That'll work for the battery as IceCap is the manufacturer. They'll get you running.

You will have to ask IceCap for this. We do not do repairs for the battery backup as they are the manufacturer.
