ok i have:
30 gal
2 clark
3 snails
1 green chomis
been reading on what anemone to get, this is what i found, you can put any and hope it works but these are the ones in the wild:

1- Long Tentacle Anemone (Macrodactyla doreenensis)
2- Ritteri Anemone (Heteractis magnifica)
3- Carpet Anemone (Stichodactyla gigantean)
4- Saddle Anemone (Stichodactyla haddoni)
5- Bubble Anemone (Entacmacea quadricolor)

is there any one in particular i should get?

The only one that might work is the Bubble Tip. The main thing that is holding you back for now at least is the size of your tank. Depending on what you answer to Allmost's question there might not be any. Ritteri, Gigantea, Haddoni and the LTA will all outgrow your tank quickly. Most likely the bubble tip as well. Is there a specific reason other than a home for the clowns? If not they do not require a host anemone and can/will be hosted by numerous other things and be happy. Mine pay no attention to the 14" Haddoni in my tank and would rather reside in their open brain. Torch, Frogspawn, Hairy mushrooms etc. etc. the list goes on and on.

+1 on this ^

I have kept carpet anemone in a 29 G before for about a year before it outgrew the tank, not that easy to keep it happy.

Sounds like they are just trying to sell you whatever they have. You need around 120-150 watts worth of metal halide or t5 ho.

yeah your not even close to having enough light. you need about 4 or 5 t5 bulbs. It will just die and the lfs is just trying to sell you somthing.

i feel like the biggeset idiot... its too much money for what I want and there is so much more i still need to buy i should just quit

No reason you should feel that way. Nems need a fair amount of light, not your fault. There are ways around the cost and if you have already made the initial investment in the tank it would be more of a waste to quit.

To save money check places like craigslist or your local calssified. Tell your LFS you are looking for a used T5 or halide fixture. A multiple bulb powercompact fixture would also be of for a bubble tip.

Sounds like your tank is a bit new for a nem so it will give you some additional time for your tank to mature while you look for a light.

you could buy a 4 or 5 bulb t-5 fixture for around 120.00 on ebay...that should hold down a nem...

I have 2x 36" T5s that I don't need anymore. Each one has 2x 21 watt bulbs (so 84watt total). not sure if that would help or not. They are "like brand new" in the box w/ paperwork, etc. Don't know if that would even be enough for your tank though. I'd let em go for $50. They're literally like new.

You should send him a PM if you haven't already.

Don't get discouraged bro, it happens.
Many LFS have low paid kid employees who just don't know any better.
Check here from now on first.
Low light corals are ok, frogspawn and hammer are great nem alternatives, sometimes better, they don't wander.
When budget allows work towards the other stuff.

ok ima try be stronger its just another hick up... i should be used to it by now.
about the light?
1. my tank is only 30" long by 18" high, how would that gonna fit when that one is 36"?
2. would 84watt be enough? I mean its way better than what i have but will i have to buy another one down the road?

You would have a little overhang but most legs/stands are adjusted by sliding inward. Not that big of a deal for a good price. You could also suspend them above the tank.
