I for one do not believe it.
Why would u get worms if u dip all of your newcomers?????<a href=showthread.php?s=&postid=11417132#post11417132 target=_blank>Originally posted</a> by Ludwigia73
Just be prepared to get flatworms. The acro kind, as I've heard 2 people already say they got em from them (hearsay), and the regular kind, as you can see them all over the tanks!
If u look close enuff every storefront has them whether they know it or not.<a href=showthread.php?s=&postid=#post target=_blank>Originally posted</a> by Ludwigia73
You're completely right, they must be quarantined, but even then you're not completely sure. Best thing is to get corals from somewhere you're pretty sure is parasite free, dip em, quarantine em, then put em in your tank. Last time I was there, there was a beautiful acro with bitemarks all over it from flatties. I wouldn't have even thought of buying that one. Even when I pointed out the flatties, and said I'd take it anyway if heavily discounted, they still wanted like $50 for it.
LOL that is impossible period- Unless u aquaculture your stuff.<a href=showthread.php?s=&postid=#post target=_blank>Originally posted</a> by Ludwigia73
Most have them... I could rattle off 3 I know of that I've never seen em in.
u got it.<a href=showthread.php?s=&postid=#post target=_blank>Originally posted</a> by Ludwigia73
Read the quote... I've never seen em... Doesn't mean they don't have them!
