Truly a moment you will cherish forever. I remember all the "firsts" for my oldest, the other kids are a blur. lol One thing I do remember is that 18 months seems to be the age that bad things happen. They walk faster and start climbing on things they shouldn't. Enjoy the slow pace while you can. Happy Birthday!
