Best CA Reactor for 600g holding system?

Paul- You have both my dream skimmer & dream CA reactor!!!!!

How do you like that reeflo skimmer? What type of media are you using in the reactor?

As a MTC ProCal owner I think this would do the job for this system, as would a Geo or other comparable, traditional Ca reactor. They are all essentially maintenance free once you dial them in with a high quality needle valve.

The new Schuran products are something else though, not an owner of one but seen them in action. Remarkable how such a small unit can maintain such a large volume of water. Our LFS has one and it is tiny, yet maintains Ca and dKH no problem in what be 3000G+ of water. Can not comment on the ease of use or amount of maintenance required.

The reeflo skimmer is truly excellent, it pulls so much gunk out its amazing.

I use crushed coral in my reactor. I used ARM before but kept getting an alk imbalance, but find regular caribsea crushed coral works pretty well.
