I like bartlett's a lot, but if money isnt the issue I have to go with ventralis

Pseudanthias flavoguttatus IMO and they are a lot easier than ventralis.

Pseudanthias pulcherrimus are my favorite. Stay small and pack a lot of color! Pseudanthias parvirostris are small and gorgeous as well.
They look pretty similar!

There are many nice anthias but without knowing your plans for other fish (and how often you like to feed), its hard to make a recommendation.
For instance ventralis are nice but fade away in unsuitable systems and do better in the long run in cooler water. IME the females are also very wussy unless in a quiet tank. I would look for a hardier species especially if you have boisterous fish.
