Best macro lense for a Canon S2?

As it says, just looking for the best possibility. I am newer to photography, but would still like to have the best I can. Let me know what and possibly where and how much. Money isn't an option so don't be shy, Thanks.

The Canon 250 and 500D filters are excellent and so are the Nikon "T" series filters. Not sure if they are the very best available but they're considered top notch.
