Best MH light for BTA

I have a 150 watt 10k mh light in my system with 2 96 watt pc actinics. The thing is even though I have reduced the MH time to 2 hours per day to acclimate the BTA (with screen to reduce light) my BTA seems to cower. With just the actinics on the BTA looks fine. Even better when the the moonlight is on, looks great fully inflated. It is not bleached lots of green/brown color, eating like a beast. I was wondering if I should go with a 14 or 20k MH? Maybe the 10K is too much.

yellow dog. patience is the key. My gbta cowered from my 150w MH light for almost a month during the acclimation process. I put on the halide for 4 hours for a week, then 6 hours for the next, then a full 8 hours and the anemone was finally adjusted an fully inflating after about a month. Just be patient, I am sure it was probably just under NO flourecent lighting at the pet shop so MH is probably a big jump for the bulb tip. It'll adjust. A 150w 10k bulb is not too much light for the anem.
