Not sure about free shipping but here are several places that sell individual fittings:

USPlastics

I have used Savko and they sent exactly what I needed. You may also want to look into some of the sponsors. I know BulkReefSupply has a decent selection of typical aquarium stuff (bulkheads, valves, Loc-Line). Also, McMaster-Carr sells all sorts of things.

I find most of what I need at Lowes, for odd balls I use Ryan Herco.

I've found almost all of what I need at Home Depot, Lowes, & my local hardware store. Bulk Reef Supply actually has a fair amount, too, if you're looking for schedule 80.
