You can buy a good quality clam fom Clam Direct dot com. Price is not that bad too.

I also like Clams Direct. Barry is quick to answer any questions, and he is constantly receiving new shipments. His selection is great. I have a $150 gift certificate to Clams Direct burning a hole in my pocket, but I'm waiting until the temperatures outside warm up a little for safer shipping.

Best place to buy clam is a fellow reefer's tank when they are moving or going out of the hobby. Their clams will be proven survivors and most likely you can see them in person.
