Best place to find xxxl ocellaris clowns

A xxxl ocellaris clown is a senior citizen that will die soon.

Get your moneys worth by letting the clown live a long life in your tank.

Clowns can live a long time. Find someone who has had a tank for a loonnng time and needs to tear it down.

Here's a 4-5" female occelaris for ya. Her mate is 3"+. They are at least 10 years old and clowns can live for 20-25 years, maybe longer. Look at how thick her head is. It's at least an inch across!

I was not aware that clowns could live that long. Great info, makes it easier to spend money on the plats & piccassos.

They can live that long provided we don't kill them (tank crashes, improper diet, etc) and they don't have any internal issues from their "infancy".

I agree with Jeremy Blaze. XXXL ocellaris will most likely be beyond the breeding age as well. Even if you don't plan on raising clownfish, observing the breeding behavior is kinda cool. I have a pair of breeding perculas in my 200, and they don't seem to small. The female is about 2.5" and the male is about 1.5".

these 10 yr old clowns still breed. I saw it with my own eyes The male still took care of the eggs too!

i know with SA you can order different sizes of fish, but you need to get a lfs to order them from you.
I seen on Ibluewater that you can order any size of any type of clown you want.
