Best SE 250w bulb

I am currently running 3 radiums on galaxy ballasts, I know they should be run on magnetic ballast to perform best. I liked the color of that combination at first but now after adding more SPS's to the system I am not sure I like it. The colors don't seem to pop on any and some colors like purple and green seem to get washed out and look dull. Would I be better off going to a hamilton 14k or Ushio bulb? Thanks

the radiums are the best se 250w metal halide bulb when ran on the proper ballast.

Radiums. Best I've seen, as mentioned every bulb will produce a different spectrum when ran off of different style ballast. As I recall the M80 is the preferred ballast for Radium 20k's.

Radium 250W on a Lumatek eballast on HQI setting. Best color I have ever gotten.

I supplement with VHO actinic, but I actually like the color better with just the MH
