I was thinking about doing a conversion job on an old 25 Gal we have lying around. After closely looking at it’s condition tonight I decided against it.
Now my thought is to start fresh with a 30 Gal and go from there. My question is which of the following standard tanks work best with a reef. My 1st guess would be the 33 long since it’s shallow and the light would have less distance to travel. Bur then I guess longer fixtures would be needed. The 36†long tank would allow for standard 36†light fixtures. Mmmmmm…
Some insight would be great.
Thanks!
