Best way to feed during TTM?

Just got my two wrasses today, temp acclimated them and started TTM. How much and how often should I be feeding them? Should I just stick to flakes via the feeding tongs? Mysis? Rods? Pellets? Once per day, twice per day?

I generally feed just once a day when doing TT. If these are wrasses, I would start with mysis and go from there. But sometimes fish won't eat for 2-3 days after you get them.

Just keep a net on hand to scoop out any uneaten food. And a bottle of Prime or Amquel just in case the ammonia spikes.

I feed 2x a day and at the end of the day, I do a 1/3 water change to suck out uneaten food (and maybe some free floating parasites).

Thanks guys, I'm doing TTM via those orange home depot buckets so siphoning out excess food won't be too easy haha. Do you think a quarter cube of mysis will be enough or too much? I'll probably switch back and forth between mysis and tetra marine flakes if that sounds okay? I'm going to be testing for ammonia 2x per day starting tonight and, of course, have a large bottle of prime on hand. :)

I feed a few times a day but only tiny bits at a time until I see the fish eat everything then I will give more. My filters that I have for TT work well for as small as they are. Don't feed in terms of cubes feed in small chunks consisting of a few mysis at a time and observe the fish eat the food then repeat. Get a ammonia alert badge, well 3 of them and then you won't need to worry about testing ammonia all the time

i follow this as well. i just feed when i feed my DT, which is only 1x per day also. I do a lot of PE Mysis as all fish seem to gorge on it.

Thanks guys, gave them a very small amount of mysis, weren't too interested, both are in full on stress mode with camo-colors/stripes, they are actually staying next to each other which is kinda weird, right? They've been in there for about 10-11 hours now btw.
Just tested for ammonia, came up 0
