My son wanted a bicolored blenny and I bought it for him. I was not thinking at the time and forgot they can pick on clams. Now I do some research and LA say that they can pick on LPS as well. So what is your guys experience with these. I read that they can do this when under fed. I have a 60 gallon and a 75 gallon and only feed about 3-4 times per week. One tank has clams, but the other does not. I really wish I was on my game at the time and just flat out told him no. I could probably take it back, but that will upset him. Let me know what your guys/gals experiences with them have been. Thanks.

Have a trio of bicolor blennies in my 200. No nipping on my large squamosa clam or on my smattering of "non-fleshy/meaty" LPS (duncans, torch), that I have seen. But I also feed pretty heavily. They do frequently "perch" on the clam and on all of my corals.

I have never seen mine bother my LPS. Honestly, he has so much personality, I don't think I'd care if he did. Wonderful little fish, every tank should have one.
