So, I recently got a custom sump made by Advanced Acrylics. Some may have seen my post praising the beauty of this sump. Well, I got my system wet and running last night and woke up to see a pretty big problem. :sad2:
There is a leak between the return section and the ATO reservoir. I did not fill the ATO reservoir last night, but this morning it had water in it at the same level as the return section.
To make matters worse, to install this sump in the stand I had to remove the top of the stand and drop it in. Meaning I would have to literally tear the build back to zero to remove it.
My question; Is there a way to repair the seam between the two sections to make it water tight without removing the sump? Can I just apply weldon 4 around the seam?
