Big Problem..

Dear Jason and Jeremy we have a problem. I had a 3 week old aqualine bulb and I traded with a fellow reefer in RC. I recieved the bulb yesterday I burned it for to 2hr, It worked fine. I came home today and noticed that It wasn't burning. Im in desperate help!!! I am without lights on my tank. The guy I traded with sent me his bulb first. I shiped out his bulb today. He said he bought it from premium Aquatics a month ago and only used it around 40hrs. Please If you could, replace my bulb and send it next day priority. The bulb I have now is a coralvue 15k 175watts SE. Thank you Tony
 
Im the Guy........Jeremy can u email me tomarrow or when u get the chance. I purchased a coralvue 175 15 k from u awile back, i was going to use it when i started my tank back up.

When i did about a month ago i fired it up, was real blue on start so i figured id burn it in. It was still too blue for my taste so i used a 6 month old aqualine 10k insted(btw im calling tomarrow need to order another replacement for that one and a couple other goodies). So it sat then i figured id see if anyone wanted to buy or make a trade.

Which leads us to this,i dont know if you can do anything for Tony....I cant answer if it was installed wrong or a bad ballast or whatever. I can only say it had about 40hrs use and it worked fine for me. But if you can help him out that would be fantastic.

Ill be placing a order tomarrow so ill talk to ya then.

Haha thanks for the help anyways guys. Your going to wake up tomorrow and find this issue solved before you begain to fix it. LoL, I tryed what jason said on one of the thread and kept it on. My lights just turned back on.. wierd, but great. The bulbs are pretty nice, alot of the blue burned out. Now Its just perfect. Thanks everyone and I really, really want to thank KEN AKA "Biohazard" For everything. Dallas is having a big group buy, I am also going to purchase another bulb from them. Afther researching this formal it seems like Premium Aquatics has one of the best customer services. Thanks premium aquatics.
