Big white blotch on Clown

0 I have noticed a lump my mama clown has had on her lip since I got her from LiveAquaria about 2-3 weeks ago.. It's not cottony, but it is on her lower jaw. It hasn't affected her big appetite or energy. She seems totally fine in every way, except that she has this bump. I have attempted to treat her with PimaFix, but she has reacted terribly two times now. One time almost killing her.

It almost looks like a big blister.

Any advice? I can try to snap a picture, but she is speedy.

1. How old is this aquarium?
2 weeks in current tank. All fish and live rock/ 50% of water from last aquarium. Fish arrived with bump on chin.

2. If less than six months old, what is ammonia level?
0

3. What is SG of this aquarium? How measured?
1.031 -- Refractometer

4. When was the last fish added to this aquarium?

5. Was it quarantined? If so, how? And how long? Was it prophylactically treated? How?
Fish was quarantined. Treated with PimaFix and almost died from it. Reacted badly.

6. If you are using a copper based medication, which one? How often do you measure level? When?

7. If you are using hyposalinity, how did you calibrate your refractometer?

8. Please describe in detail, the appearance of the fish? If there is one or more pimples, are they lumpy? What color?
One lump on chin, starting to see it develop in the male now, too. White/pink. Boil/blister-like

9. Please describe the behavior of the fish as best you can. Is it acting reclusive? Is it always up towards the top of the aquarium? Is it avoiding light? How active is the fish?
Not reclusive, very active and friendly. Eating like a pig, swims normally. Totally normal behavior.

10. Is the fish eating? What?
Yes. Very well. Eating frozen mysis (hikari) and Spectrum Pellets

I'd get the s.g. down to 1.024 if fish only, 1.026 if coral are present. Also would not medicate this fish. If it suddenly stops eating or looks ill then report back.
