Biopellet reactor pump placement

Quick question for the group. I've just started running biopellets in my 90 gallon mixed reef at home (used crushed coral during initial set up). I currently have a small sump due to cabinet constraints. I'm running the pellets in a TLF phosban reactor 150 with a Cobalt 1200 supplying flow. With the sump so small i have the skimmer, heater and pump crammed into the second of 3 chambers. Could I move the Cobalt reactor pump to the return chamber of my sump? I know the effluent from reactor needs to be near or directly into skimmer intake. Any problems with this?
Thanks.

I didnt think so either i just thought it couldn't hurt to ruin it by everybody. Those wp25s are doing great by the way thanks again!

*run. Thanks guys, moved it last night and no issues so far. I actually think it will clean my water even more as the water goes through skimmer chamber into the return and then recirculated back through skimmer area. My skimmate has already been a lot thicker. Have experienced some clouding of the water. Not sure if I should give it a few days to see if it clears before taking out some pellets or just go ahead and pull them out now. I started with a little bit less than half of the TLF pellets.
