Most of the info I've heard is to have in front of your skimmer intake.

Ok my sump goes filter sock then skimmer so any beniffit of problem with putting return hose in filter sock?

You do not want the reactor output into a filter sock. The bacteria will clog the sock. You want the reactor output as close to your skimmer intake as possible without blocking flow.

My flog spon didn't open up today and this is the first day that the filter sock filled up like that so do u think it will be ok? It must be from the bacteria?

The filter sock might have been the cause of the problem. I wouldn't worry that much unless the coral stays closed. Corals seem to sulk from time to time, and it's not always clear why.
